* When using Fixed Stance (Gojung Sogi) the weight must be distributed 50/50, whilst keeping the feet in an L-shape stance & the body must be half facing.

* Two-step sparring (Ibo Matsoki) - A combination of any hand & any foot attack in either order (Hand/Foot)(Foot/Hand), the attacker starts in L-Stance, defender in parallel stance. Two steps must be taken.
