Helpful Information & Tips

* When using Twin Forearm Block (Sang Sonkal Makgi) ensure your hand is over your head & not your lead shoulder.

* When performing Angle Punch (Giokja Jirugi) towards the end of Joong-Gun, the fist finishes on the chest line. Do not confuse with Turning Punch (Dollyo Jirugi) which finishes on the centre line.

* Be sure to show a clear difference in angle between the 1st movement (Sonkal Dung Kaunde Makgi) & the 3rd movement (Sonbadak Ollyo Makgi).
